Agenda 21 was specifically cited as a reason to oppose Common Core in contacts to legislators, and we are glad to see Barbara Shelly highlighting that significant legislation in Kansas isn’t coming from Kansans but from outside forces like ALEC. We would also add Jeb Bush’s organization and Americans for Prosperity to the list.
