Superintendent Mullins encourages patrons to get in the game

Thank you, Superintendent Mullins, for the shout out and for educating your community and encouraging them to get engaged.

“Right now, it seems that the voices of those individuals and organizations concerned about the future of education in our state are being heard but not being listened to. Last weekend a group of concerned citizens walked 60 miles from Johnson County to Topeka to raise awareness and generate support for educational issues in the state. This grassroots effort with the name of Game On Kansas has grown since its inception three years ago and seems to be gaining momentum. We need to find a way to raise awareness and generate support here in Marshall County. I would ask you to help get this started by casting your vote in the April 7th School Board Election…

“This is critical time for education in the state of Kansas. I will continue to advocate for the needs of our children in the classroom because I feel that our children deserve the best possible education that we can provide them. Their future and our future depend on it.”
