Game On submits testimony for House Ed hearing on tax credit expansion bill

On Thursday, March 23rd, the House Education Committee will hold a hearing on expanding the tax credit scholarship program. This program is a “neovoucher” in that it functions as a voucher but is structured as a “scholarship” to avoid being deemed unconstitutional when the funding goes to religious schools. This bill was originally scheduled to be heard in the House K-12 Education Budget Committee but on Wednesday, March 22nd was scheduled for a hearing March 23rd.  At this point we aren’t expecting this bill to pass out of committee. Here is Game On’s written testimony.
