Block grant means funding loss for Andover

From our friends at Andover Parent Legislative Council: “The cumulative effect of the new block grant funding bill means that Andover schools will lose $1 million dollars in operating funds over the next two years. Maintenance projects including needed roof and parking lot repairs have been delayed.”
