Revenue down AGAIN but House Ed discusses expanding tax credit for private school scholarships

And yet, today there will be a hearing on giving tax credits for money given for students to attend private schools. We’ll be testifying against it.

“Kansas revenue fell $6.8 million below [lowered] expectations in January, continuing an almost uninterrupted streak during the past several months of worse-than-expected collections for the state.”
