Marchers worried about state of education

“Hutchinson educator Lynette Krieger-Zook said the goal is to be a voice for her children, students and colleagues that the public education system is a basic Kansas value.

“Those marching are worried about the state of public education in the state.

“‘I just see firsthand how the continual cuts are hurting our classrooms, hurting our children, the morale of teachers,’ Krieger-Zook said.”
