This post is from Iowa, but we agree with the sentiment.
The Kansas House K-12 Education Budget will be hearing HB 2119, an Education Savings Account bill, on Monday, February 8th.
We plan to be there to tell them our members believe public money should be for public schools, not private schools.

Need a great way to describe school vouchers? Here’s an analogy for you. Wouldn’t it be “wonderful” if we could all pick and choose where our tax dollars are spent – and could just decide, “oh, sorry! I want to join a country club, gimme my parks money back.” That’s not the way it works. Public money is for public schools. Please share!
