ESAs lack sufficient oversight and are an abuse of taxpayer dollars. The examples in Arizona aren’t hypotheticals-they’re actual, documented wasteful expenditures. So why do some Kansas legislators keep pushing them for our state? Don’t they know? Are they just hoping we don’t know? Just say no to ESAs and other vouchers.
