We don’t normally post about federal education policy as we always have a lot going on in Kansas, but the dismantling of the Department of Education is a disaster, especially for poor and rural Kansans. Even if Congress doesn’t officially abolish it, President Trump has slashed its staff so it can no longer do its job.
