WE ARE THE FACES OF THE AMERICAN DREAM
Public schools are the American Dream at work in Kansas, just as they were for our parents and grandparents. They are the place where young people learn and grow, where they are encouraged to dream big and work hard. And as children grow into teenagers, and then young adults, Kansas public schools help build the foundation for the pursuit of success and happiness in life.
The American Dream isn’t just fame and fortune. It’s seeking a life that brings fulfillment. It’s opportunity and open doors. And it will be different for every individual. Some dream to work in the Hollywood limelight, or to serve the country and protect our freedom. Others dream to carry on the family farm or small business. Maybe it’s as straightforward as doing honest work and raising a Kansas family.
As Kansas public schools make all of these dreams possible, our schools’ graduates are faces of the American Dream.
