Inefficient legislature holding short meetings, costing $43,000 per day

The legislature isn’t being very “efficient” with our taxpayer dollars. They are having short sessions at a cost of about $43,000 per day (roughly the cost of a teacher salary for a year), and many aren’t even showing up. Sen. Ty Masterson who is Chair of the Senate Ways and Means Committee is reportedly out of state.
