“This book fair display is not offensive. If you vote for school board and legislative candidates who think it is, you are part of the problem. Johnson County Moms for Liberty is supporting school board candidates throughout the county, and other branches have popped up throughout the state. For all they claim to be about other things, refusing to celebrate people who are different from them is at the core of their mission, and failing to recognize that it’s good to help everyone feel like they belong at their school is part of what makes them a problem.”
