“Our kids are counting on us.

Johnson County’s early voting numbers show that younger adults—especially those in the age range of many parents with school-aged children—are underrepresented at the polls.

The constitutional amendment on the August ballot will turn our courts into partisan battle grounds. Time and again, our fair and impartial courts have held the legislature accountable when they’ve underfunded our schools. Politicians who don’t want to comply with the Supreme Court orders on school funding have publicly stated they want to elect justices so they won’t be forced to spend money on our schools.

Kansas PTA recommends voting NO to maintain our fair & impartial courts.”
