Urge him or her to (1) fund the inflation adjustment in the governor’s plan which is supported by the governor, the Kansas State Board of Education, the Kansas Department of Education and advocates throughout the state, and (2) leave the formula alone. Social Media Chronicles-Trimmer Amendment

First, let us make clear that incumbents who are on our Varsity Squad roster are strong supporters of public education. During election season, we often see Varsity Squad pro-public education incumbents attacked with distortions of their voting records. We have posted multiple Postcard Chronicles to report these. We agree with this piece from KNEA. Please don’t fall for attacks via mail or social media. Instead rely on people and organizations you trust, or speak directly to the candidates. “So in these last three weeks, voters are being bombarded by mail that has little to do with policy and everything to do with sowing doubt and confusion. Game On adds Rep. Becker to roster

We are releasing a revised central/western roster to add Rep. Steven Becker to the Varsity Squad. Rep. Becker narrowly lost his primary by 9 votes and has announced he is launching a write-in campaign. Rep. Becker has earned a spot on our varsity squad by consistently voting to protect public education in Kansas and by providing articulate explanations of important issues.
