Remembering Richard Nitsch
We lost a special advocate for Kansas children this week. Richard Nitsch was a founding member of Game On. He eventually decided to focus his energy on helping children at the local level and was an active volunteer and youth mentor with the Shawnee Mission MVP program. He was a youth wrestling coach and official, past PTA officer at Belinder Elementary School and Indian Hills Middle School and a band booster at Shawnee Mission East, among other things.
