We oppose ultra conservatives messing with the funding formula at this point. Increasing funding shouldn’t entitle legislators to insert bad policy or move funding. This reminds us too much of the games played in 2014 when legislators removed due process and passed the tax credit scholarship program in the final pre-dawn hours of the session. This is a bad bill being ushered in through political games.
