On Thursday, March 23rd, the House Education Committee will hold a hearing on expanding the tax credit scholarship program. This program is a “neovoucher” in that it functions as a voucher but is structured as a “scholarship” to avoid being deemed unconstitutional when the funding goes to religious schools.
