“Hundreds of public education teachers and parents marched Monday from Topeka High School to the Capitol to denounce legislative obstructions to adequate financing of K-12 school districts and policy jeopardizing instruction of children statewide. “Some participants walked 60 miles to Topeka along routes stretching from Manhattan, Emporia and Merriam.
