Studies showing vouchers not helpful

The tax credit scholarship program, which may be greatly expanded if HB 2457 passes, is basically a voucher program. Legislative actions not matching constituent views

We need to change this if we’re going to get the public education support we need. “The question is often asked how the political views of elected officials be so different from those of the people they represent. “The answer appears to be simple. ‘Average’ Kansans don’t vote in primary elections where candidates are selected.
