Exactly! “Let’s say you’re a third-grader forced to use an outdated textbook for another year or a sophomore using old laboratory equipment. Brownback’s request for more time means you’re out of luck — it’s just unfortunate that you happen to be a public school student now, when taxes have dipped and operational per-pupil spending must be pared back. “The state has plenty of time.
