Kansas district court panel rules in favor of plaintiffs in Gannon school funding case

The district court panel has ruled in favor of the plaintiffs in the Gannon school funding case and determined that Kansas school funding is unconstitutionally low.  The case will be appealed to the Kansas Supreme Court.
