Here’s a helpful update on education issues from Topeka today. Today the House Education committee was canceled, as was the Senate Education Committee. Tomorrow we are not schedule to work any bills, but the agenda is for both the House and Senate Education Committees to have a joint committee meeting to receive a presentation on “At-Risk” students. The All Day Kindergarten committee meeting is still scheduled for 7:15 am tomorrow morning. The Senate Ways and Means Committee heard 3 education related bills this morning.
