Support for online schools is another part of the ALEC/Florida Reform Model, but it doesn’t look like it’s working out so well in Lawrence. We agree with this editorial and remind you that some legislators are angry the courts are willing to force the legislature to abide by their constitutional duty to make suitable provision for the financing of public education at levels set by studies they commissioned almost a decade ago.
