In Kansas, most school spending goes toward instruction and support services

So how does Kansas spend it’s K-12 funding? Almost entirely (less 4.8%) on instruction and support services. Support services that include social workers, librarians, bus drivers, computer centers and more. Claims of waste and inefficiencies simply don’t add up.
