What can you do? There are many things, and we’ll post them over the next few days, but first on the list is run for office or convince a friend to run for office. The filing deadline is June 2. We have too many legislators who do not share our understanding of the needs of Kansas public schools and the students they serve, but unless they have opponents, they’ll be back in office. “You must be the change you wish to see in the world.” We have been contacted by several groups asking if we know of candidates.
