SCHOOL BOARD ELECTION ALERT!

SUPPORT GOOD CANDIDATES…

School board elections are rapidly approaching, and we are especially concerned this year as we are seeing a number of candidates throughout the state who appear inexperienced, uninformed and/or are sharing information from or aligning with organizations and individuals who have opposed financial support for our community schools and have supported harmful education policy. Many of them are also being supported by a national anti-CRT PAC (again, CRT is not taught in our schools but is being used as a wedge issue) based in New York or including CRT or other wedge issues in their platforms. There are good candidates in many of these races, but they need your help!

Please reach out to good candidates in your area and offer to help! You can

  • – share their social media posts to help them reach more people
  • – send postcards supporting them to your friends
  • – knock doors or drop literature
  • – host a yard sign and encourage others to join you
  • – host a meet and greet with your friends
  • – talk to your friends and help them understand the issues and candidates

We urge support for the following candidates:
