A few weeks ago, we shared a quote from candidate for governor/Senate President Ty Masterson about electing justices so they aren’t forced to spend money on schools. Though they don’t usually say it out loud, this has been an ongoing effort for over a decade. Here’s a quote from Tim Owens sharing what then-Governor Brownback told him. The constitutional amendment is directly related to public education funding. Vote No on August 4th to protect our public schools and they children they serve.
